Tea Tree Pore Minimiser
I picked up two Tea Tree products as my skin always seems to need it, one of them is the pore minimiser and the other is the Blemish fade night lotion.
My pores are pretty big and always get clogged so I was hoping this was going to do what it claims which is to `'smooth, prime and instantly matify' making pores look smaller and skin feel purer. I've only used it a few times as it's a recent purchase so at the moment nothing has changed with my skin! The good thing about it though is that you can wear it under foundation and after moisturiser and it's really lightweight so the foundation goes on smoothly over the top. If there is any miracle pore minimiser products you know of please let me know!
Tea Tree Blemish Night Lotion
The other tea tree product I picked up is the blemish fade night lotion which is meant to help improve the appearance of blemish-damaged skin. I've read some really good reviews on this product so I was looking forward to seeing if it actually worked for me. The first night I tried it I had a few spots under the skin that hadn't yet broken out and usually no matter what product I use they will ALWAYS still make their way to the surface but when I woke up in the morning the lotion had drastically improved my skin and the blemishes had faded and never broke out! I was convinced this was my miracle product! But after that first time of using it, I feel like it's not been working as well ever since, I don't know but I still use it and probably will continue to as it makes my skin feel fresh and clean before bed. I still recommend to anyone with the same skin problem to try it though! Especially whilst there's 40% off.
Vitamin C Spritz
The last product I wanted to try was the Vitamin C energising face spritz. I'd been looking for a vitamin C serum but they are quite pricey and there doesn't seem to be many available but then I came across Body Shops Vitamin C range. They did have a serum but I decided to try the spray as I thought it would be quite refreshing and could use it throughout the day also. Vitamin C is a must for my skin routine now as it acts as an instant skin brightener and also helps to fade dark spots and even though I don't really know all the scientific stuff in depth I just feel like I'm doing my skin some good by using it! It's really refreshing to use and is like an instant wake-up for me especially when I have to get up at 5am for work! It's also got a really nice zesty fresh smell and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a handbag sized pick me up. Other alternative Vitamin C serums you could try if you had a bit more money to splash is the 'Super Facialist Vitamin C Overnight Repair Radiance capsules' by Una Brennan at £21.99 (You can pick these up from Boots) or if you really wanted to go mad then the 'MultiVitamin Power Serum' by Dermalogica at £59,ouch.
